My life in photography...

Photography is my lifelong pursuit, passion and pleasure. I have over 30 years of professional experience in providing photographic skill, artistic style and personalized service to my clients. My real world experience began at a young age after graduating from high school. I moved from New Jersey to California and started my own photography business in 1986. I love living and working in Santa Barbara with my husband, Matt Erickson and our two cats, Bogey & Bella. The Central Coast is a beautiful place for wedding photography, family portraits and beautiful sunsets!

The images showcased in these galleries are some of my personal favorites I have taken over the past few years of many happy, smiling faces. I love making people comfortable in front of the camera and have a distinctive style and lively approach as a contemporary portrait artist and classic wedding photographer. I do not have a blog even though I would have plenty to say and show. No thank you, I already spend enough time at a computer and feel like a mouse potato as it is. There are so many other things I would rather do than blog—pet the cats, play golf with friends, read a book, enjoy a glass of wine, anything but blog!
